Once you’ve previewed and tested your first version, you’re ready for launch! Follow a few more steps for approval and submission to the Google Play app store.
Be sure that you have already created and granted access to your Google Play Developer account; learn more here. Follow these steps in Channels under Google Play to submit your app build and set it live:
Submit
On average, submission to approval by Google typically takes 5 business days. Factors such as app rejection can delay up to a few weeks or longer.
When you’re ready for your app to be submitted to the Google Play App Store, select Submit in the Channels section of the dashboard.
NOTE: Make sure you’ve uploaded screenshots and entered all metadata in the setup of the Google Play App Store (Channels).
Pending Approval
The status of your app will change to Pending when successfully submitted to Google. Expect a wait of up to 48 hours to change to Pending in the dashboard.
NOTE: Your Google Play account will receive email confirmation from Google throughout the submission process.
You will receive an email confirming submission from both MAZ and Google. Expect a few days to a few weeks for approval by Google.
Launch!
You will receive notification from Google that your app is now live and available in the Google Play App Store!
